Job Description:

Quantum Wealth Investment Platform is seeking an experienced Investment Advisor to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mutual funds and investment advisory, with a proven track record of managing client portfolios and providing strategic investment advice.​

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized investment advice and financial planning services to clients.​
• Develop and implement investment strategies that align with clients’ financial goals and risk tolerance.​
• Manage and grow a portfolio of clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.​
• Stay abreast of market trends, investment products, and regulatory changes to provide informed recommendations.​
• Achieve and exceed set targets for client acquisition and asset under management (AUM).

🔹 Client Acquisition & Advisory

• Identify potential investors (HNI, retail, business owners, professionals).
• Educate clients about Quantum Wealth’s 40% APR investment model.
• Build trust and develop long-term relationships with investors.

🔹 Portfolio Management & Investor Onboarding

• Help clients open accounts and invest in Quantum Wealth products.
• Assist investors in diversifying their portfolios.
• Provide periodic updates and insights on investment growth.

🔹 Business Development & Networking

• Partner with Mutual Fund Advisors, Chartered Accountants, Wealth Managers, Stock Brokers to drive referrals.
• Leverage social media, WhatsApp marketing, and networking events to generate leads.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in mutual funds or investment advisory roles.​
• Strong knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and portfolio management.​
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.​
• Ability to analyse complex financial data and provide strategic insights.​
• High ethical standards and professional integrit

💰 Example Commission Structure
